From paragraph 3 of the reply filed on behalf of the Respondents, it is apparent that once the salary for the period claimed from 11.1.2008 to 27.11.2008 has been cleared and was directed to be deposited in the account of the Petitioner, the writ application has become infructuous as the relief sought for has been granted.
