Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that the reference case pending before the Collector, Raipur be directed to be referred to the Civil Court.

On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the Collector, Raipur has already referred the dispute to the Civil Court.

In view of the above submission made by learned counsel for the respondents, since the dispute has already been referred to the Civil Court for determination of just and fair compensation, no further direction is necessary.
