1. Mr.B.P.Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner's revised pay scale has not been properly considered and granted by respondent No.2, therefore, the matter may be referred to the Joint Director, Treasury, Accounts & Pension, Raipur for fresh consideration of pay revision.

2. On the other hand, Mr.Animesh Tiwari, learned Deputy Advocate General for the respondents/State, would submit that if fresh representation is filed by the petitioner before the Joint Director, Treasury, Accounts & Pension, Raipur, that will be considered

and decided expeditiously.

3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is allowed to make fresh representation before the Joint Director, Treasury, Accounts & Pension, Raipur within 4 weeks from today. If such a representation is filed along with complete documents, the Joint Director, Treasury, Accounts & Pension, Raipur shall do well to consider and decide the same within 2 months from its receipt and pass a reasoned and speaking order, strictly in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.

4. With the aforesaid observation / direction, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
