The present petition is for seeking direction to extend the time to deposit the compensation amount which was ordered in Criminal Revision No.425/2002 on 29.10.2012. By such order, the coordinate Bench of this Court has admitted the appeal and directed the applicant to deposit Rs.10,000/- as compensation way back in the year 2012 within a period of six months and the appeal was allowed.

Under the circumstances, considering the time lapsed, this Court would exceed in it's power under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to extend such time. The petitioner if at all seeks any redressal may make appropriate application before appropriate Court to extend the time as prayed for. The petition has no merit and according is dismissed at the admission stage itself.
