Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 11/01/2018 The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner is going to retire within one year.

The transfer order was passed way back in August, 2017 and this petition is being filed in January, 2018. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this petition on the ground of delay. The petition is accordingly dismissed. The grounds raised by the petitioner regarding violation shall be examined by the respondent authorities on the basis of the representation of the petitioner and decision shall be taken within four weeks.
