1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been given the salary from 03.12.2007 to 03.09.2008 on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-III by respondent No.4 for which she has already made representation but it has not been considered and decided yet.

3. Be that as it may, respondent No.4 is directed to consider and dispose off the petitioner's representation within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

4. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
