Agrawal Order On Board 10/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that learned President of Board of Revenue, Raipur has heard the revision of the petitioner long back and reserved the case for order on 11.07.2017, but till this date no order has been passed and all of a sudden adjournment order has been passed without any reason and matter is fixed for hearing on 27.11.2017, against which this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed. (2) Be that as it may, Board of Revenue, Raipur is directed to consider and take a decision on the petitioner' revision expeditiously

within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order as the matter has already heard on 11.07.2017. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
