20.06.2016 1) None appears for the applicant.

2) This Court on 29.04.2016 cancelled the bail granted to the applicant and directed to arrest the applicant immediately. However, a report has been received from the Station House Officer, Police Station-Katghora, district- Korba informing that present applicant died on 04.04.2013, along with the death certificate.

3) In view of the above and there being no further representation made by the family members of the applicant, nothing remains in this revision petition.

4) Accordingly, the instant revision petition stands dismissed as having abated.
