GA Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 10/07/2015 On instructions counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing the present petition and would file an application afresh for grant of licence. He further submits that a direction may be issued to the competent authority to decide his application on merits 2.

State counsel has no objection so far as withdrawal of the petition is concerned but as the licnece was in respect of a prohibited area, according to him, the petitioner is not entitled to have any licence under the law. 3.

Be that as it may, permission for withdrawal of the petition is granted. Needless to say that if the petitioner files an application for grant of licence, the same would be considered and decided in accordance with law. 4.
