2. At the outset, Mr. Soumitra Kesharwani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the State of Madhya Pradesh has filed reply stating that the amount in question has already been paid to the
petitioner and document to that effect has been filed.
3. In that view of the matter, no cause of action survives for consideration and the writ petition is accordingly closed. No order as to cost(s).
