1. The instant petition has been filed on the ground that a revision has been preferred by the petitioner in the year 2014 under Rule 58 of the Chhattisgarh Mines and Mineral Rules, 1996, which has not been decided till date. 2.

The issue relates to the year 2014 and the petitioner is also unable to state the present status of the revision.

In view of such facts and circumstances of case, for all practical purposes, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that if the said revision petition has yet not been decided till date, the same may be disposed of at the earliest. It is made clear that in case the revision has already stands decided, then this order shall stand automatically vacated.
