1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 20.01.2012, whereby the services of the petitioner was sent on deputation from Janpad Panchayat, Patheria to Janpad Panchayat, Marwahi.
2. The writ petition was filed as early as in the year 2012 and there appears to be no interim protection granted to the petitioner. The order must have since been complied with. By efflux of time, the matter appears to have become infructuous.
