1. Mr.Gary Mukhopadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that by vague order dated 27.1.2012 (Annexure P-1), panel rent was directed to be recovered, but during the pendency of this writ petition, an amount of ₹ 9,959/- has been recovered, which the respondent-SECL ought not to have recovered, for which the petitioner may be allowed to make a representation for setting aside that order of refund and actual refund of that amount, which may be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously.

2. Mr.R.K.Gupta, learned counsel for the respondents, would

submit that that if such a representation is made, the respondent-SECL will consider and decide the same expeditiously.

3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is allowed to make a representation within four weeks from today and that will be considered by the respondent-SECL in accordance with applicable rules, regulations and bylaws within six weeks from the date of receipt of representation and to pass a reasoned and speaking order.

4. With the aforesaid observation / direction, the writ petition, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
