The grievance was against denial for appointment as Aganbadi Worker. 3.

The counter affidavit was served as far back as 12.2.2009. It states that Respondent No.7 was given preference in accordance with policy as she was Class-VIII pass while the Petitioner was Class-XI pass. There is no denial to the same.

The writ petition is dismissed.
