This writ petition is preferred challenging the award passed by the Labour Court, Rajnandgaon directing the respondent's reinstatement with backwages. 2.

Learned State counsel would produce copy of order dated 29/08/2008 issued from the office of Divisional Forest Officer, Kawardha Forest Division, District Kawardha regularizing the services of 83 daily wagers including the respondent. A copy of the order dated 29/08/2008 is made part of record of this writ petition.
