Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 17.01.2018 Heard.

The order of transfer is under challenge only on the ground that the petitioner is a disabled person.

On this special ground only, I am inclined to issue a direction to the Collector to

examine the petitioner's representation though there exists an alternative remedy of appeal to the petitioner. The petitioner's representation be decided within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. For a period of 15 days, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.

It is made clear that in any case, the petitioner's grievance is not redressed, the petitioner's remedy would be file an appeal under the Chhattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995.
