Counsel for the parties submit that during pendency of the present writ petition final order has been passed by the Commissioner, Central Excise, and against the said order WPT No.19/2014 was preferred, which has also been dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy. They further submit that the instant petition has now become infructuous.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
