Agrawal Order On Board 19/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's society was given work of supply of "Ready to Eat" food to minor girls in Sector Kawardha Shahari-2 under the scheme of Gair
Sabala as an alternative arrangement by respondent No.2 vide order and all of a sudden the petitioner society has been removed from work of supply of "Ready to Eat" food by respondent No.2 vide impugned order dated 20.11.2017 and on 24.11.2017 respondent No.3 society has been given work of supply of "Ready to Eat" food, against which this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed.
(2) Be that as it may, respondent No.2-District Program Officer, Woman and Child Development Department, Kabirdham is directed to take steps for selection of regular person for supply of "Ready to Eat" food to minor girls in Sector Kawardha Shahari-02 under the scheme of Gair Sabala expeditiously within a period of ten days from today from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner society is entitled to apply for the same in accordance with law. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
