1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that by this petition petitioners have challenged the orders dated 18.09.2014 & 07.10.2014 which are unsustainable and band in law.

2. Learned State counsel submits that by virtue of interim order dated 30.10.2014 petitioners have allowed to continue work as directed in order dated 18.09.2014.

3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and considered their rival submissions and also perused the record with utmost circumspection.

4. Since the petitioners are working by virtue of interim order dated 30.10.2014, for a fairly long time at present place of posting. Accordingly, the impugned orders dated 18.09.2014 & 07.10.2014 are quashed to the extent of the petitioners. However, liberty is granted to the Upper Collector

Surguja Ambikapur to pass a fresh order in accordance with law. Till passing of order by the Upper Collector Surguja Ambikapur, in respect of posting of the petitioners the interim order 30.10.2014 shall remain in force.

5. The instant writ petition is allowed to the extent indicated herein-above.
