1. On 24.09.2009, this case was ordered for listing after disposal of Writ Petition (S) No. 4856 of 2009.

2. After perusal of records of Writ Petition (S) No. 4856 of 2009, it shows that the said writ petition has been dismissed by the Division Bench of this court on 25.03.2010. Therefore, in the light of order passed in Writ Petition (S) No. 4856 of 2009 dismissing the said petition and the dispute in the present writ petition also being similar in nature as a consequence of dismissal of said writ petition, this writ petition is also liable to be dismissed.
