Given the facts that the revision petition is pending for more than 3 years, the writ petition at this juncture, is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to ensure that the revision petition is taken up for hearing on priority basis and the same should be decided as expeditiously as possible, preferably within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of this copy of the order.
