Agrawal Order On Board 16/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has retired from the post of Deputy Ranger on 31.07.2016 and impugned order of recovery has been issued by respondent No.3 on 28.04.2017 after retirement of petitioner and without giving opportunity of hearing to him, impugned order has been passed for which he has made representation before respondent No.3, but the same has not been considered and decided till this date and, therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, respondent No.3-Divisional Forest Officer, Marwahi Forest Division, Pendraroad is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law by speaking and reasoned order expeditiously within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
