1. The limited grievance that the petitioner at this juncture prays for is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider the recommendation which has made by the respondent No. 3 to

-2respondent No. 5 in-respect-of the engagement of the petitioner on the post of Manager.

2. The pleadings to the writ petition show that the respondent No. 3 vide its letter dated 22.10.2019 has forwarded the claim of the petitioner for re-employment with the respondents as a Manager and the said correspondence has been marked to the respondent No. 5 and thereafter there does not seem to be any further development.

3. Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the respondent No. 5 to take an appropriate decision on Annexure P/7 forwarded by the respondent No. 3 at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case for the petitioner. The authorities concerned are expected to decide the claim purely in accordance with the Rules and Regulations governing the field.
