It appears that the Petitioner has rushed to this Court against the grading in the ACR for the period 1.4.2004 to 30.10.2004 without representing before the authorities first.

The Court is not persuaded to entertain the writ petition at this stage but grants liberty to the Petitioner for representing, if he wishes to pursue his grievance. The present order cannot be construed or opined as any observation on the merits of the matter either ways.
