Panda, learned counsel for the respondent, has no objection if the writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn.

2. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed to withdraw this writ petition and prefer an appeal within 30 days from today and if such an appeal is preferred, the appellate authority would do well to decide it within 3 months from the date of filing of such appeal.
