1. State of Chhattisgarh through Secretary Home D.K.S. Mantralaya, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

3. Senior Superintendent of Police, Raipur, Chhattisgarh
4. A.K. Shukla, Deputy Superintendent of Police, P.H.Q., Raipur, Chhattisgarh ---- Respondents For Petitioner :

Shri B. Gopa Kumar, Deputy Advocate General Hon'ble Shri Navin Sinha, Chief Justice Order on Board 14/12/2015 1.
No one appears on behalf of the Petitioner.
2.
Learned Counsel for the State is present.
3.
The writ application was filed aggrieved by denial of further permission to the representative of the Petitioner defending him in the departmental proceedings. The order dated 27.9.2007 with regard to the same specifically states that Shri Mohammed Farooque representing the Petitioner in the departmental proceedings as an Inquiry Assistant was misbehaving with the Inquiry Officer. It has been supported in the counter-affidavit also. There is no rejoinder to the same. 4.
Presumably the departmental proceedings having been concluded by now the Petitioner has lost interest.
5.
The writ application is dismissed as infructuous. Sd/- (Navin Sinha) CHIEF JUSTICE Gopal
