ORDER

(Passed on this 22nd April, 2018) 1.

This Petition is directed against the impugned order dated 20.06.2015 whereby the Petitioner has been relieved from Government Secondary School, Lachhanpur and transferred to HM at Government Middle School, Balaudi.

In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, as per the Compromise Petition (Docket) dated 22.4.2018, the instant Petition is accordingly disposed of withdrawn.
