02. Counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition as no stay has been granted in favour of the petitioner and in fact there is no purpose to continue with this petition. He, however, prays for a direction to the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) to decide the pending case of the petitioner expeditiously.

03. State counsel has no objection to the proposition put forth by the petitioner.
