Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioner No.2 has married with petitioner No.1 against the wishes of her father, the respondent

No.2 herein, and he is a very influential person. The petitioners are apprehending threat to their life and liberty, therefore, appropriate protection may be provided to them. The petitioners have also moved an application before the Superintendent of Police, Raipur in this regard vide Annexure-P/4 and since they are residing in Durg, they are also willing to make an application before the Superintendent of Police, Durg.

The petitioners are at liberty to make an application before the Superintendent of Police, Durg by tomorrow, which will be considered by the concerned Authority within next 3 days from the date of filing of the application, strictly in accordance with law. The application pending before the SP, Raipur will also be considered, expeditiously. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of.
