The grievance in the writ application was with regard to non-payment of retiral dues directing recovery of Rs. 14,900/- four years after retirement. 3.
The counter-affidavit states that the Petitioner had moved an application for temporary/part final withdrawal from the provident fund account and he withdrew Rs. 40,000/-. After adjustment of the accounts, balance has been paid and what was recoverable has been so ordered.

There is no rejoinder to the counter-affidavit. 5.
The writ petition is dismissed.
