2. The present petition has been filed against the order framing charge for offence under Sections 450, 376(2)(ढ) of the Indian Penal Code, which is revisable order under Section

CRMP No. 206 of 2020 401 of the Cr.P.C.

3. In view of that, the petition under Section 482 cannot be entertained. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed with liberty in favour of the petitioner to file revision petition, if any, before the appropriate Court.
