Agrawal Order On Board 19/07/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that auction notice was issued against the petitioner for recovery of Rs. 3,49,256/- whereas amount of loan has already been waived of way back on 23.07.2008 and certificate to that effect has already been issued but this fact has not been considered by the respondent No. 5- Bank. (2) Be that as it may, the respondent No. 5- Bank is directed to consider the plea of the petitioner that as to whether the loan amount has been waived of in his favour or not expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from today.
