1. The limited relief which the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is that the petitioner has moved a representation before the authorities concerned against the illegal termination of service of the petitioner w.e.f 06/09/2017 is not being decided.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there was a preliminary enquiry conducted by the department wherer the findings have been in favour of the petitioner and that there was no lapse on the part of the petitioner.

3. The said prayer is not opposed by the State counsel.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with the enquiry report and the material facts on record and decide the same at the earliest.
