1. The petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 439 (2) of the Cr.P.C. seeking cancellation of regular bail granted to respondent No.2 in connection with Crime No. 310/2017 registered in Police Station Civil Lines, District Bilaspur for offence punishable under Sections 294, 354, 354-C & 354-D of IPC vide order dated 30.08.2017 passed by co-ordinate bench of this Court in M.Cr.C. No. 5164 of 2017.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial has already been completed and the trial Court has pronounced the judgment, therefore, he wants to withdraw this petition as having become infructuous.
3. In view of the above submission, the present Cr.M.P. is disposed of as having become infructuous.
