1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not granting the 3rd time pay scale payable to the petitioner on completion of his 30 years of service.
2. The petitioner was initially appointed in the year 1989 as a Nutrition Officer under the erstwhile state of Madhya Pradesh. Subsequently, he was absorbed on the post of Assistant Child Development Officer on 03.10.2015. The petitioner is to retire from service on attaining the age
of superannuation on 31.07.2021. According to the petitioner, since he has been working for a period of more than 30 years and in between he has got only two promotions, he would be entitled for 3rd time pay scale in terms of the circular of the State Govt. dated 08.08.2018.
3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents 2 & 3 to ensure that the claim of the petitioner as regards granting of 3rd time pay scale is considered and decided within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
