None Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 23/04/2018 The main relief sought in the present writ petition is for releasing the retiral dues to the petitioner who stood retired from service of Zila Sahakari Krishi Aur Gramin Vikas Bank, Bilaspur. The further prayer is for early conclusion of the departmental enquiry pending against the petitioner.

The present writ petition was filed in the year 2011. Now we have reached 2018. No reply from any of the respondents has been filed till date. Given the nature of relief sought for, this Court does not intend to keep the petition pending any further.

So far as the retiral dues are concerned, let the petitioner file a detail representation to respondents 3 & 4 within a period of three weeks from today and on receipt of the same, respondents 3 & 4 shall promptly process the case of the petitioner and verify whether he is entitled for the retiral dues on his superannuation or not. In case the petitioner is entitled, the amount will be released to the petitioner forthwith without any further delay and if he is not entitled, the petitioner should be intimated in this regard within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order by respondents 3 & 4. 4.

So far as the departmental enquiry is concerned, respondent no.3 shall also look into the aspect whether there is any further necessity of the department enquiry which is allegedly pending against the petitioner. 5.

Let the representation of the petitioner be decided within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order or the representation of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations/directions, the present petition stands disposed off.
