1. Perused PUD dated 17.10.2020, received from the office of Jail Superintendent, Central Jail Raipur (C.G.), it has been informed that the Appellant has already released from jail on 26.01.2015, after completion of entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court.
2. Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that since the Appellant has already released from concerned jail, after completion of entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court, therefore, he does not want to press the instant appeal.
3. In view of the above submission, the instant appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
