Heard on I.A. No.1/2018, application for withdrawal of the acquittal appeal.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the dispute between the appellant and the respondents has been amicably settled. Hence, for this reason, I.A. No.1/2018 has been filed for withdrawal of the acquittal appeal.

After due consideration on the grounds mentioned in the application, the application for withdrawal of the acquittal appeal is allowed.
