1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of nonpayment of loan his savings bank account has been freezed.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents - Bank submits that only installment is being deducted towards the loan taken by the petitioner as such no account has been freezed.
3. In view of the above, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to approach, if cause of action arises in future. No order as to cost(s).
