Heard Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Respondents. 2.

The grievance of the Petitioner is with regard to his non-selection on the post of Driver by the Selection Committee and the selection of Respondent No. 3, who was given higher marks.

In matters of selection, this Court cannot substitute its views for with that of the Selection Committee especially if it also involves an interview where the members of the Selection Committee have better opportunity to assess candidates subjectively. There are no allegations of malafide or violation of any statutory rules. 4.

The writ petition is dismissed.
