This writ petition is preferred challenging the award passed by the Labour Court, Jagdalpur directing the reinstatement of respondent No.1 with backwages. Prayer for interim relief was rejected by this Court on 06/10/2006. 2.

Learned State counsel would produce copy of order dated 04/09/2008 issued from the office of Divisional Forest Officer, South Kondagaon Forest Division, District Kondagaon regularizing the services of 9 daily wagers including the respondent No.1. A copy of the order dated 04/09/2008 is made part of record of this writ petition.
