A.G., appearing for Petitioner-State Government submits that pending the present Writ Petition, the Respondent-Worker has since been regularised in services and therefore the State Government does not want to pursue the Writ Petition any further and has filed the application for withdrawal of the same.

On due consideration, I.A. No.2 is allowed.
