1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.190/2020, registered

MCRC No. 461 of 2021 at Police Station Sariya, District Raigarh C.G., for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) of the NDPS Act.

3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that applicants have been found in illicit possession of 20 kgs of cannabis (ganja) which is more than the commercial quantity.

4. Per contra, learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

5. Considering the fact that contraband recovered from the applicants is more than the commercial quantity, I am not inclined to release the applicants on bail at this stage.

6. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. However, liberty is reserved in favor of the applicants to revive the prayer at an appropriate stage.
