Grievance of the petitioner is that he has moved an application before respondent no.1 on 18.11.2019 for extension of route from Jaijaipur to Mukta and change of time in Regular Stage Carriage Permit No. 496/B/2017 on the route Hasod to Korba via Jaijaipur, Baradwar, Sakti, Bhaisma and one return trip daily, which is pending consideration.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1 to decide the said application expeditiously.

Learned State Counsel submits that the application of the petitioner shall be considered and decided along with all pending applications for the concerned route, in accordance with law and on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible. 4.

In view of the fact that the petitioner's application is pending consideration, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1 to decide his application and all other applications pending before it for the concerned route, within a period of 30 days from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case, and the respondent authorities shall decide the matter, on its own merits, strictly in accordance with law, without treating any observation made in this order as opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
