1. Heard.

2. Mr. Amrito Das, learned counsel for respondent - Mohan Jute Mill, would fairly submit that in order to settle the dispute, respondent No.1 is ready and willing to pay ₹ 1,32,000/- to the petitioner in lump-sum.

3. Mr. K.P.S. Gandhi, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner is ready to accept ₹ 1,32,000/- in full and final satisfaction of the claim raised in the writ petitions.

4. Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of. As stated, respondent No.1 will pay ₹ 1,32,000/- to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today through account payee cheque or demand draft. No order as to cost(s).
