Hon'ble Shri Justice Gautam Chourdiya Order On Board 18/01/2019

1. From perusal of the present application, it is seen that this application has been filed for the purpose of mentioning the name of counsel for the applicants in the judgment dated 09.10.2018 passed in MAC No. 1052/2014. According to learned counsel for the applicants on the said date his Junior namely Shri Krishna Gopal Yadaw had appeared for the applicants but due to some clerical mistake his name was not mentioned in the order.

2. The statement made in the present petition for mentioning the name of counsel for the applicants in the order dated 09.10.2018 is totally baseless.

In fact, on the date when the final judgment delivered by this Court, none appeared on behalf of the applicants as is evident from the records maintained by the Court Reader and the concerned staff. Even today, no one has appeared on behalf of the applicants.

3. Accordingly, the instant MCC being without any substance is hereby dismissed.
