Sam Koshy Order On Board 14/07/2015 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner in the instant case had applied for compassionate appointment which till date has not been decided by the respondents. He submits that it is a case where the father of the petitioner died in harness on 09.03.1991, therefore, the claim for compassionate appointment was to be considered in the light of the circular prevailing on the date his father expired. He further submits that recently a bunch of writ petitions leading of which is W.P.(S) 360 of 2015 (Raja Ram Kosle v. Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Ltd. and others) was disposed of by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 08.04.2015 directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners therein for grant of compassionate appointment in accordance with the policy dated 30.01.1997.

Counsel for the respondents submit that the instant petition can also be disposed of in terms of the order passed by the CoOrdinate Bench in W.P.(S) No. 360 of 2015 and the other connected matters decided on 08.04.2015. He further submits that the Coordinate Bench of this Court again on 06.05.2015 has disposed of a

bunch of writ petitions i.e. W.P.(S) 363 of 2015 and other connected matters in terms of the order passed in W.P.(S) No. 360 of 2015. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.(S) No. 360 of 2015 (in the case of Raja Ram Kosle) and the other connected matters. Let a copy of the order passed in the case of Raja Ram Kosle (supra) be kept in the record of the present petition.
