1. It has been reported by the Superintendent Central Jail, Raipur (C.G.) vide memo dated 27.01.2020 that the appellant has already been released from the jail on 13.05.2015 after completion of entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the learned trial Court.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that since the appellant has already released from jail after completion of his entire jail sentence, therefore, he does not want to press this instant appeal.

3. In view of the above submission, the instant appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
