1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.
2. Mr. Atul Kesharwani, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that petitioner was working in MPSRTC on the post of Depot Manager and for the period of October, 2000 to March, 2001, salary has not been paid to him, therefore, respondents authorities be directed to pay the salary to the petitioner. He also submits that petitioner has already made representation before the respondent authorities but is not being considered and decided yet.
3. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make fresh representation before respondents No.1 & 2 within 30 days from the dated of receipt of copy of this order and respondents No.1 & 2 are directed to decide the petitioner's representation within next two months by reasoned and speaking order.
4. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
