Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the State Authorities, who are not realizing proper motor vehicle tax from the respondent Nos.6 & 7.

Let the petitioner move before the Transport Commissioner raising his grievance, as the issue raised in the writ petition cannot be decided in this writ petition.

It is expected of the Transport Commissioner to decide the representation within reasonable time, if the petitioner moves any such representation within 15 days from today. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
